Our Signal Hill facility stores pack-out contents in sealed vaults under controlled, stable temperature, with barcode tracking on every container — so a single item can be located and retrieved without unpacking your life.
If this is your home
Restoration timelines slip; your belongings shouldn't suffer for it. Wood doesn't warp, photos don't stick, and your things stay sealed away from the elements — and when you realize your passport or your winter coat is in a vault somewhere, we can find the exact box and get it to you.
If this is your claim file
Stored contents are a quiet liability if the vendor can't account for them. Our vault manifest ties every container to the loss inventory, storage billing is transparent month to month, and retrieval requests don't require a full unpack.
How it works
Check-in against inventory
Every container arriving from a pack-out is verified against the origin inventory and assigned a barcoded vault location.
Vault under climate control
Sealed vaults, stable temperature, fire protection, and facility security — conditions that hold for a month or a year.
Retrieve on request
Need one item mid-claim? The barcode manifest locates the container; we pull, photograph, and deliver or hold for pickup.
Release to pack-back
When the home is ready, vault contents are checked out against the same manifest and scheduled for return delivery.

What gets documented
Every service we run feeds the same claim-grade record. For storage, that means:
- Vault manifest linked container-by-container to the loss inventory
- Check-in and check-out records with timestamps
