The pack-out, the cleaning, the storage — all of it only counts if every item is photographed, tracked, and accounted for in a record that homeowners can trust and adjusters can process. So we built the whole company around the record: barcode tracking, room-by-room photo inventories, condition reports at origin, Xactimate-ready schedules, ANSI/IICRC S700:2025-trained technicians.

We operate from our facility at 2424 Gundry Ave, Signal Hill, CA 90755 — the same building where contents are cleaned, processed, and stored in climate-controlled vaults. One address, one team, one chain of custody. We run our own trucks under our own FMCSA DOT authority and hold CPUC household movers permit CAL-T192584 — so your belongings move with our own crews from your home to our vault. For specialty items like pianos and large appliances, we bring in licensed, insured handlers and keep them on the same chain of custody.

And because we grew up inside a restoration company, we know both sides of the claim. Homeowners get a team that treats a flooded den like the family archive it is.
